Villa Tramonto
Description
Villa Tramonto sits in a peaceful environment, surrounded by a typical Mediterranean garden. This villa boasts an extraordinary panoramic view over one of Sicily’s most beautiful seashores. Perched on a little hill, it overlooks the splendid turquoise sea of the fascinating seaside resort of San Vito Lo Capo, renowned for its three-kilometer white-sand beach. It offers the perfect accommodation for anyone looking to experience a relaxing and romantic atmosphere in close contact with nature.
The villa accommodates up to six guests, with interiors reflecting a typical Mediterranean style: white and blue colors, large windows that invite sunlight, and comfortable furniture.
The living area includes a lovely fireplace and a brand-new kitchen, while the sleeping area features two air-conditioned bedrooms.
The villa also includes two spacious bathrooms. Outside, the swimming pool is perfect for warm summer days, and guests can enjoy a relaxing al-fresco dinner in the outdoor barbecue area. The atmosphere becomes magical at sunset, allowing guests to savor the moment like Sicilians—with a taste of local fresh fish and a glass of wine from the nearby Marsala wineries.

The idyllic shores of San Vito Lo Capo and its surroundings were once the main harbours for Greek and Arab conquerors: the legacy of these ancient dominations can be easily perceived by looking at local architecture and tasting the typical cuisine of western Sicily. From cous cous, the most characteristic recipe of the whole province of Trapani, to the Arabic churches in Palermo (where some of the streets' names are still written in Italian and Arabic) – not to mention the Greek temples of Segesta, Selinunte and Agrigento, outstanding archaeological parks that tell the story of the importance of Sicily during the age of Magna Grecia.
Furthermore, the western area of Sicily still boasts plenty of unspoilt natural sites. A wide variety of flora and fauna can be appreciated in the Zingaro Nature Reserve, in the mountains between San Vito Lo Capo and the beautiful ancient hamlet of Scopello; trekking and diving lovers, as well as all kinds of travellers wishing to explore the history and culture of this charming island, are always truly satisfied with their holidays in this area.
