Villa Papeda is nestled within 5000 m2 of beautiful property filled with fig and olive groves and lemon trees. The name “Papeda” comes from a special type of lemon. The villa offers a beautiful view of the sea in the direction of the Vendicari Nature Reserve, which stretches all the way to the southernmost point of Sicily, the Portopalo di Capo Passero lighthouse. The villa’s garden, filled with a rich amount of vegetation, also offers shade on hot summer days.
This modern vacation villa with pool in Sicily was recently renovated and furnished as a split-level. All rooms have access to the garden. Its large windows create a friendly living atmosphere. The covered terrace is ideal for just relaxing with view of the pool or for communal meals in the open air, with its comfortable lounge sofas, outdoor grill, and dining area. The villa offers enough space for 6-8 people with three bedrooms, two bedrooms (including one ensuite bathroom), a large living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. With a vacation in Noto, the Villa Papeda is the perfect solution for families who would like a quiet vacation, yet still be able to reach Noto and its beautiful surrounding beaches in a short amount of time. Noto is considered the capital of Baroque Sicily. Its ancient counterpart, Noto Antica, was built a few kilometers away, and was considered a flourishing city during the Renaissance. The city’s streets often converge onto fascinating and elegant squares or steep staircases connected to panoramic terraces. The entire landscape of the city is a rich testimony to the most refined styles of Baroque architecture and flamboyant decorations. The monumental churches and palaces with their vaulted facades are particularly impressive and beautiful (such as the Chiesa del Carmine or the church of San Bartolomeo al Corso). We enjoyed the time very much. The view from the very spacious and comfortable terrace and garden is magnificient. The house is very comfortable and provided everything needed for a relaxed summer vacation. Check in and out as well as communication before and during the stay was extremely easy and nice. Absolutely recommendable vacation spot

We very much enjoyed our family holiday at this superb villa. It's a great modern villa inside and a fantastic space outside, with a wonderful garden/pool area in a huge private lemon tree orchard with views of the countryside and the sea beyond. We received a great welcome and support from the host team. The location is excellent with Noto just a few minutes drive away. Beaches are near and lots of easy day trips. We all very much enjoyed our time at Papeda.
