The villa, with its modern design, is extremely full of light. It is on one floor and all rooms directly access the terraced garden that has autochthonous plants, typical of the Mediterranean maquis, and that is inside the park, with citrus, almond trees and magnificent secular olive trees.

Every way out leads to shaded courts and hidden corners that assure privacy and let every room join its outside.
The villa has a courtyard, with view on the mountains at sunset, and a wide central patio, with a spectacular view on the coast. The kitchen opens on to the patio through a retractable French window, to get, once again, a single room.
The villa consists of a large living-room, a kitchen, three double rooms, two bathrooms, one more room, to be used a laundry or something else, and a third bathroom, with shower, without roof.
Every room is furnished in a very good style, with modern furniture and some restored antique pieces.
Outside, the park covers a surface of approx. 1 hectare and it slopes down to the valley with natural terraces. Inside the park, for guests only, there is a wonderful swimming pool (4×10), with barbecue, solarium and fitness appliances corner.
Walking inside the park, among oliv trees, almond trees, citrus, carob trees and cactuses, you can find relax zones and convivial areas.
