Welcome to the Baroque triangle of Sicily, where the landscape is pretty unique compared to the scenery you can see in the other areas of the island: white limestone mountains with typical Mediterranean shrubs, steep gorges formed by the ancient rivers of the area, and the typical dry-stone walls that mark the boundaries of fields and properties. This is South-Eastern Sicily, a land rich in enchanting unforgettable wonders: from the invaluable archaeological site of Syracuse, the ancient capital of Magna Grecia, to the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Caltagirone, Modica, Noto, Palazzolo Acreide, Scicli and Ragusa - the highest expressions of the wonderful Sicilian baroque art, architecture and urban planning. And along the beautiful seashore, you'll have the chance to discover the gastronomic renaissance of the area during the last year: great young chefs with a huge background about typical products and traditional recipes, methods and ingredients have been going back to their roots and re-inventing the most authentic cuisine of this area, mostly made of meat, cheese and of course seafood from the shore.Availability
