Enjoy a double bedroom, a sofabed in the living area, and a sleeping area with a double bed on the mezzanine floor. The apartment also includes a kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, and a furnished 23 sqm terrace with a sea view.
But the real highlight of Petrantica estate is the infinity salt water pool, shared by all four apartments.
This 200 sqm pool features hydromassage and is surrounded by a well-finished lawn and stunning views of the Sicilian countryside. Relax on the wooden sun terrace or under the gazebo with garden furniture.
The pool facilities also include locker rooms with showers and toilets.
Guests can also enjoy the verdant 1300 sqm garden with fruit trees and colourful flowers, as well as common facilities like the large TV room with bar.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. Preferred arrival and departure on Friday, on request, on a different day.
