Stromboli, Sud, Gattopardo and Kaos are four charming holiday apartments created in Sicily inside the Petrantica estate. Thereby a manor farm formerly used as staging area for postmen who crossed the Sicilian country on horseback.

In time the property has been turned into a proper farmhouse and then, in 2007, it’s been completely renovated, with a special care to keep its original rustic Sicilian style.

Firstly you see here today is an elegant manor farm surrounded by a luxuriant 1300 sqm garden.

The outdoor area, available for common use of all the apartments.

Hosts a large pool area, with a wooden sun terrace provided with sun loungers, a gazebo with garden furniture, and a service area with locker rooms and toilets.

The sun terrace and the 200 sqm salt water infinity pool are embedded in a fine lawn; for this reason from here you’ll enjoy a great view of the countryside while soaking up the sun on a lounger or taking a relaxing swim.

The guests of Petrantica’s holiday apartments can choose the board and lodging option and access the common TV room with bar.

Kaos Apartment, one of the four apartments part of Petrantica estate, features a floor area of 55 sqm on the ground floor.

Here you’ll find the living area, with a sofabed and a kitchenette, overlooking a 24 sqm furnished terrace.

On the mezzanine floor you’ll find the double bedroom with its modern style decor. This apartment is ideal for a couple but can accomodate up to 3 persons thanks to the sofabed in the living room.
