Gattopardo Apartment

An old staging area for postmen who delivered mail on horseback in the 17th century Sicily, later turned into a farmhouse, and now a refined manor farm hosting elegant holiday apartments.

This is Petrantica, a traditional rustic style estate surrounded by the beautiful Sicilian countryside.

The property, built on the limit of the beautiful Oasis of Irminio, features 4 holiday apartments.

Gattopardo apartment is one of them: a 55 sqm loft featuring a finely furnished living area on the ground floor, where you’ll find also a kitchenette and a spacious double bedroom with an additional single bed.

Another single bed is on the elegant wooden mezzanine floor, while the sofabed in the living room brings the number of accommodations to 5.

Getting outside the apartment you’ll find yourself in a 23 sqm terrace provided with garden furniture and offering a wonderful view on the sea.

The whole Petrantica manor farm features also a wide outdoor area for common use of all apartments: the buildigs are indeed surrounded by a wide 1300 sqm garden full of fruit trees and colourful flowers.

Here you’ll also find the pool area with a 200 sqm salt water infinity pool semlessly embedded on an elegant lawn and provided with a wooden sun terrace and stylish loungers.

The pool area also features a gazebo furnished with stylish pieces of garden furniture, as well as locker rooms and toilets.

The Gattopardo apartment of Petrantica can accomodate 3-8 persons depending on which one you choose.

All the guests have access to the common linving area of the manor farm, with TV and bar, and have the the chance to choose the board and lodging option.
